What is the Oversubscription Ratio? |

The ADSL service is shared which means that you will share the available bandwidth with a number of users. The sharing ration is 1:32 for ADSL home package Which means up to 32 other users can be using the same bandwidth as you at any given time and means that speed levels are varying based on the usage of other ADSL users. |

What is the difference between kilobit and kilobyte ? |

| The ADSL speed is specified in kilobits per second, while most windows applications are measuring download in KiloBytes per second. 1M ADSL or 1024kilo bits per second ADSL will have a theoretical maximum download of 128 kilo bytes per second. (8 bits = 1 Byte) |
